Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to prepare for your experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment.  To book your appointment please go to our RESERVATION page to select the best date and time for you. We will send you an email or will call to confirm your booking.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice or a cancellation fee may be charged.

Please check with your therapist for appropriate attire prior to your treatment.  Otherwise, comfortable, loose clothing is recommended.

At Shams Esthetics & Wellness, we strive to provide the most relaxing experience possible for all our clients.  Your cooperation in maintaining a quiet relaxing environment is greatly appreciated.  Please turn off your cell phone or set to vibrate while in the clinic.

If you have any medication/food allergies or any health concerns please inform your therapist prior to your treatment.

Sham’s Esthetics and Wellness Gift certificates are available for most of our services and packages. Why not give the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation? Ask your therapist for more information or send us an email to arrange purchase.

All prices listed on our website do not include applicable sales taxes. These will be added at time of payment.  All prices, services and packages listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Products purchased may be returned for a full refund or exchange with receipt within 10 days of purchase, providing the product is unopened and undamaged.  Gift certificates have no expiry date.

Products are available for purchase directly from our clinic. You can call in your order and it will be ready for pick up at our clinic during regular business hours. Should you require product to be mailed, there will be an additional charge for shipping and handling.
