Our Team
Shams Surani
Medical Esthetician, Shiatsu Therapist, Laser Technician, Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Acupuncturist and Henna Artist. Shams Surani is a teacher, mentor and holistic practitioner. She is skilled in addressing the whole person – body, mind, and spirit – with great results. Shams also holds workshops and training on or off-site.
Kim Smith
Kim is a registered Aesthetician, Reflexologist and Podologist at our spa. She attended both Mohawk College and the Alexandrian Institute. Kim is also certified in Laser Diode hair removal.
Her experience includes: Make-up application (Bridal, special events and everyday), Foot care including dropped foot, severe pronation or supination, hammer toe, abnormal gait or foot pressure. Kim is also trained to treat for fungus, athletes foot, corns, and calluses. Reflexology, Ear coning & Hair removal.
Trish Ragbirsing
Trish is a Registered Massage therapist and Spa Assistant having graduated from Centennial College. Her experience includes: Pre/Post pregnancy massage, Infant massage, Aromatherapy/Lotion creation (used in clinic), Lymphatic drainage, Treating Rheumatoid arthritis & fibromyalgia, Clinics in ALS, cancer and end of life, Reiki.

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to prepare for your experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. To book your appointment please go to our RESERVATION page to select the best date and time for you. We will send you an email or will call to confirm your booking.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please provide 24 hours’ notice or a cancellation fee may be charged.
Please check with your therapist for appropriate attire prior to your treatment. Otherwise, comfortable, loose clothing is recommended.
At Shams Esthetics & Wellness, we strive to provide the most relaxing experience possible for all our clients. Your cooperation in maintaining a quiet relaxing environment is greatly appreciated. Please turn off your cell phone or set to vibrate while in the clinic.

All prices listed on our website do not include applicable sales taxes. These will be added at time of payment. All prices, services and packages listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Products purchased may be returned for a full refund or exchange with receipt within 10 days of purchase, providing the product is unopened and undamaged. Gift certificates have no expiry date.
Products are available for purchase directly from our clinic. You can call in your order and it will be ready for pick up at our clinic during regular business hours. Should you require product to be mailed, there will be an additional charge for shipping and handling.
